More snow in Ovronnaz!
The end of the ski season is looking fairly "classic". That is to say, blue skies all day and a couple of centimetres of snow each night. Perfect conditions.
Ovronnaz now has 260 cms of snow on top which is double that of other, better known resorts. Time to go skiing!!!

Powder Snow in Ovronnaz - 50 cms!
Yesterday saw a fall of 50 cms of powder snow in Ovronnaz - the piste conditions are now superb. Ovronnaz is living up to its reputation as a very snowy resort!
Top: (2500 m) Snow depth: 160 cm
Base: (1400 m) Snow depth: 60 cm
Temperature: -2 °C
Last snowfall :13 Feb 2007 (50 cm)
Snow last 7 days - 70 cm
Last 14 days - 100 cm
Total this season - 230 cm

More Snow in Ovronnaz
Not all of the Alps have been snow free this winter! Ovronnaz has enjoyed (as usual) good snow cover all season. However, recent snowfalls have added that special top layer of the soft stuff!
