Avoriaz Alpine Ski School can provide excellent ski and snowboard lessons for people staying in Morzine as well as Avoriaz.

They keep class sizes small to allow them to focus individual attention and ensure that everyone in the group progresses as quickly as possible.

Avoriaz Alpine Ski School classes are instructed in English and the majority of the fully qualified ski instructors are in fact British. The focus is first-rate teaching based on your needs.

Children are particularly well catered for and again, group sizes kept as small as possible with a maximum of 8 children. The groups are broken down according to age limits to ensure an equal opportunity to learn. 7 - 11yrs is the main group, but younger children will be placed in the 5 - 6 yrs 'easy blue' group.

Children lessons are focused on teaching in a fun environment without boring technical jargon or long waits in the cold. They will be in safe hands with experienced instructors. Safety is paramount and all children under 12 will be required to wear helmets.

Avoriaz Alpine Ski School can also start lessons on a Monday, although beginners are required to have done a minimum of 6 hours on a dry or artificial snow slope.
