Owners Description
Our newly built family chalet is a great place for those looking for great skiing or hiking and a comfortable 'home' with pleasant atmosphere. The chalet is built up to a high Swiss standard and decorated with care and great taste. The living room has plenty of light in the day and is cosy with a log fire on cold winter evenings.
The kitchen is well equipped to prepare dinner for the whole family or a group of friends. In the hand-made wooden kitchen you'll find a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, water cooker, espresso machine (fresh coffee beans), lots of pots and pans, sharp knives, plenty of china, spices in the spice cabinet etc..
As we rent the place as a 'family chalet' you'll never find the cupboards totally empty. We ask our guests to leave the last teabags and not to finish the last bit of toilet paper, so the next guest can feel at home as well, even after a tiring journey.
Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms 2 with double beds (2 mattresses) and balcony, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. A children's cot is available upon request. One bathroom (bath, toilet, washbasin) is upstairs, one bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) on the ground floor.
The whole chalet has floor heating and is heated 24/7.
In the technical room you'll find a washing machine and dryer.
Facilities
TV with satelite, DVD player with a few films, hifi-set with possibility to connect your iPod, board games like Risk, Monopoly, play cards. Do bring you favorite books, as most of the books in the chalet are Dutch (sorry).
The linen includes bed and bathlinen as well as kitchen and tea towels.
