Owners Description

A large, sunny, self contained modern garden/ski apartment sleeping upto 6 people on a self catering basis. French doors lead from the lounge area onto a patio and S.E. facing lawned garden overlooking the pretty village of St. Jean d'Aulps in the Portes du Soleil. The local ski station 'La Grande Terche' and village centre are 5 mins away and just over 10 mins from the town of Morzine with access to Switzerland and the Avoriaz ski regions.

The apartment is very well equipped and insulated throughout and comprises: 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin/double, both with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. (NB: sleeps 4 very comfortably, for a total of 6 people, 2 additional put-up beds will be provided). A shower room with vanity unit, washbasin, walk in power shower and WC. A fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The open plan dining area comprises a large table and chairs leading to the living room featuring a log fire burner, 2 wicker arm chairs and sofa, TV, sky satellite, dvd, video, mini hi-fi and a computer with broadband wi-fi. A wide selection of dvd?s, books, computer and board games are available for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own front door and entrance hall which offers ample space for coats, shoes and boots etc.
All rooms have underfloor heating and wall heaters.
The lawned garden is child friendly and secure, which is ideal for alfresco summer dining with sunshine all day long. Gas bbq, wooden garden furniture and sun loungers with cushions are all provided.
Covered car port parking space and ski/boot storage lock-up.

Location

Chalet Quatre Saisons garden apartment is located in St. Jean d'Aulps, one of the fourteen ski resorts in the linked ski area named Portes du Soleil. The immediate ski area is La Grand Terche and you have the choice to ski locally or ski the entire Portes du Soleil region (depending on the ski pass you opt for).

St. Jean d'Aulps is a little over 5 miles from Morzine and from there, the lift system gives you immediate and fast access to the entire Portes du Soleil area including Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz to name a few.
