The Pension Hoffelner is an English family owned and run Chalet Hotel, in a quiet and sunny area with excellent facilities and stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountain world.

Facilities

The pension Hoffelner is a built in traditional Austrian style and offers very comfortable and flexible accommodation with both rooms and apartments, all of which have been recently refurbished.
All Room are en-suite and can accommodate 2 - 4 people, almost all have balconies as well as Sat TV, DVD player, room safe and hair drier. There are also a 2 Superior Rooms with fabulous king sized, 4 Poster beds and antique furnishings.
The 3 Apartments are all very well equipped and comfortable and can accommodate from 2 to 9 people.

Ramsau am Dachstein is a pretty traditional Austrian village, just 1 hours drive from Salzburg and 2.5 hours from Munich. It is set on a high and sunny plateau, at the foot of the Dachstein Glacier, where skiing is possible all year around. Ramsau is part of the massive Ski Amade ski area with 860 km of piste on one lift pass, the biggest ski area in Austria. The region is amongst the absolute Top 5 in Austria.
Schladming will be hosting the World Cup in 2013!

There is lovely blue run just 100 meters from the Hoffelner which is ideal for practicing or warming up on. The Ski Bus stop is also just 150 meters and this will take guest either to Schladming (9 minutes) or the local Ramsau area (5 minutes).

The house is also located directly on the Cross Country Ski Track which links to the 200 km of trails all around the village. Ramsau is a mecca for Cross Country skiers and the Hoffelner has be host to several international Cross Country and Biathlon teams.

Ramsau village has 40km of alpine piste including the Dachstein Glacier, it is an excellent family resort with quiet and sunny pistes and excellent English speaking ski schools.
